Privacy Policy for VEIL: Blackout
This Privacy Policy applies to VEIL: Blackout, an Android game published by DK.D with the package name com.veilblackout.game (the “App”). It explains how information may be handled when you use the App.
1. Information You Provide
VEIL: Blackout does not require you to create an account and does not ask you to submit your name, email address, phone number, payment information, or other personal details in order to play.
2. Local Game Data
The App may store game progress, preferences, and settings locally on your device. This local data is used to provide game functionality and is not stored by us on a user-account server. You can remove local App data by clearing the App's storage in Android settings or by uninstalling the App.
3. Advertising and Google AdMob
VEIL: Blackout uses Google AdMob to display advertisements. The Google Mobile Ads SDK may automatically collect and share certain information for advertising, analytics, and fraud-prevention purposes, including:
- IP address, which may be used to estimate a device's general location;
- user product interactions, such as app launches, taps, and ad or video interactions;
- diagnostic and performance information; and
- device and account identifiers, such as the Android advertising ID, App Set ID, and other applicable identifiers.
Depending on your region, device settings, age-related requirements, and consent choices, Google may provide personalized or non-personalized advertising as permitted by applicable policies and law.

4. How Information Is Used
Information processed through the advertising SDK may be used to:
- serve and measure advertisements;
- provide analytics and understand product interactions;
- maintain service reliability and diagnose technical issues; and
- detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and security issues.
5. Sharing of Information
We do not operate a system that asks players to provide personal profile information. Data collected through Google AdMob is processed by Google and, where applicable, its advertising partners in accordance with their own terms, privacy policies, consent requirements, and applicable law.
6. Security
We aim to limit data handling to what is needed for the App and its advertising functionality. Google states that data automatically collected by the Google Mobile Ads SDK is encrypted in transit using TLS. No method of electronic transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
7. Data Retention and Deletion
We do not maintain our own backend database of personal user profiles for VEIL: Blackout. Local game progress and settings remain on your device until you clear the App's storage or uninstall the App. Information processed by Google AdMob is retained and deleted according to Google's applicable retention practices and user controls.
8. Advertising Choices
Android provides controls that may allow you to reset or delete your advertising ID and manage certain ad privacy settings. Where a consent message is required, choices may also be provided within the App or by Google's consent tools.
9. Children's Privacy
The App does not provide an account-registration form or other feature that asks users, including children, to submit personal contact information directly to us. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child has provided personal information in connection with the App, please contact us using the method below.
10. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when the App, its services, or legal requirements change. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will be revised when changes are made.
